Jim Goldberg.  U.S. 1.  New Haven, Connecticut.
A bunch of us have been hanging out in New Haven this year during Jim Goldberg’s and Donovan Wylie’s residencies at Yale.  This weekend, the New York Times stops by to talk to Jim about the new edition of Rich and Poor, his hometown, and the concept of place in the American imagination.

It’s been almost exactly a year since we first started arriving in Milwaukee. We’re really pleased to have the opportunity to cap this chapter of Postcards with a show at the Milwaukee Art Museum, curated by Lisa Sutcliffe.  It opens July 10 and runs through October 19, in the contemporary galleries.  The show has been made possible by the generous support of the Herzfeld Foundation, the Milwaukee Art Museum’s Photography Council, and Pier 24.  Our thanks to them, and to everyone we met, worked with, and collaborated with in Milwaukee.
Come have a look if you’re in town.
